Meet Sue

A native Seattlelite, Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) Sue Ive has always had a knack for keeping offices organized and running efficiently. Little did she know that volunteering in her elementary school office for fun as a kid would lead to a 25+ year career with a commercial and industrial general contractor, starting as a file clerk and ending as the Executive Administrator and Secretary/Treasurer of the Corporate Board. (Or, as Rollie Hunt, owner of the firm used to say, "... Sue's the one that really runs this place.").

After helping the owner retire and close the company, it didn’t take long for Sue to discover that her knack for organizing, information flow and making a business office run smoothly would be valuable to others. Today, she helps both business and residential clients create organized, efficient office systems and spaces so they can get more done with less effort.

An avid world traveler with a particular fondness for Italy and Mexico, Sue has also participated on humanitarian tours to Peru, Vietnam and Cambodia with Kids Without Borders, University Rotary Club and the Wheelchair Foundation. When she’s not traveling, volunteering or helping clients get their homes and offices in order, you can find Sue ballroom dancing, gardening or making memories with friends, family and her adopted cat Riley.
